Happy Holidays!!
I can't believe we are nearly at the end of 2014.
I know I say it every year, but I am sure each year flies by faster than the previous. Which is not great news for me as at the beginning of each new year I have a a VERY long list of things I wish to learn.
For example, 2014 was the year I was supposed to learn how to use InDesign and Illustrator, AND hone my Photoshop skills.
That didn't happen.
Well, that's not strictly true. I started dipping into Illustrator when I signed up to the 'Make It In Design' course in October, and I went into photoshop today to tinker with today's photo.
However, I have managed to stay on track with my #365CREATE project. I am now on Day:317 which is fairly decent for a slacker.
So, I may not have blogged, knitted, crocheted or sewed much, but thanks to #365CREATE I am now drawing (sometimes badly), making my own rubber stamps, rediscovering screen printing and dreaming of being a printmaker (& surface pattern designer).
I guess 2014 hasn't been a complete loss.
:-) Happy Christmas and you have done an awful lot in your quick year!! Take care.
PS My hank of alpaca is on the hook now. Pictures when it is finished.

Happy holidays, Heidi! I also haven't done half of the things I had planned this year (including blogging!) but that's life!
